Q:  Can I take this with medication? 
A:  Normally, yes. This multi-vitamin contains modest levels of vitamins/minerals, so there shouldn’t be a problem. Always double-check with your doctor, however. 

Q: Should I start taking this immediately during pregnancy?
A:  Yes. You can take this multivitamin from conception, throughout pregnancy and childbirth and until you have stopped breastfeeding. However, the sooner you start, the better.

Q: Is it okay to miss one day?
A: You should ideally take this each day. However, missing one day won’t cause any issues as the vitamins gradually build up in your body. Just resume your usual 1 a day as usual.
