Usage

Children aged from 6 months to 12 months – Quarter a teaspoon (approx 1.25g) daily
Children aged from 1 to 5 – Half a teaspoon (approx 2.5g)
Children 5 years and over – One teaspoons (approx 5g). 

Being a powder, it can be mixed (thoroughly) into the childs drink (water, milk or juice) or can be taken with food, either on the side or directly sprinkled.
