Usage

Children over 3 years old and adults – take 10ml (i.e  two 5ml teaspoons) every day

Use within 2 months of opening.

A: A daily dose of 10ml (2 teaspoons) for adults and 5ml (1 teaspoon) for children is ideal. Dilute cod liver oil in boiled cooled water if desired. Avoid exceeding the recommended dose.
